Virgin Voyages doesn’t do a main dining room. There are no set seating times and no dress code, just over 20 places to eat across the ship, and almost all of them are included in your fare. That makes the menus one of the most useful things to see before you sail.

What’s different on each ship
Most menus are shared across the four Ladies, but Virgin now gives every ship a few things of its own. Here’s what changes.
A different restaurant in the Razzle Dazzle spot
The restaurant that started life as Razzle Dazzle now has a different identity on each ship in the evening:

A different supper club show on each ship
Virgin’s supper club series pairs a set dinner with a show, and each ship has its own. Some have a cover charge and some are included:

Extra Virgin’s ship-exclusive dishes
Extra Virgin keeps its core Italian menu on every ship, then adds a handful of dishes you’ll only find on one Lady. Virgin’s 2026 menus list these exclusives:
- Scarlet Lady: burrata with roasted peppers, panzanella, beef carpaccio, seafood risotto, cacio e pepe and corn tortellini.
- Valiant Lady: salmon crudo with mandarin, burrata-stuffed scarpinocc with English peas, and Alaskan king crab radiatori as a Treat Yourself.
- Resilient Lady: steamed mussels with ’nduja, fusilli pesto Genovese, bucatini carbonara, oxtail agnolotti and roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Brilliant Lady: fritto misto, spaghetti alla puttanesca, young chicken cacciatore and braised lamb girella.

New menus at The Wake and The Dock
Virgin refreshed three menus across the fleet in autumn 2026: a new dinner menu at The Wake with Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie, new Mediterranean sharing plates at The Dock, and a new Caribbean lunch at the Beach Club at Bimini from chef Rashida Holmes. Virgin says some of the new Wake dishes, such as Oysters Rockefeller and tuna tartare, are on selected ships only, and longer voyages get extra specials. The new Bimini menu arrives ship by ship: Resilient Lady from 12 October 2026, Scarlet Lady from 25 October 2026, Brilliant Lady from 15 November 2026 and Valiant Lady from 10 April 2027.
How dining works on Virgin Voyages
- Included in your fare: every restaurant on this page, The Galley food hall, room service food and gelato.
- Treat Yourself extras: a few premium dishes, such as caviar, lobster and the larger raw bar platters, are marked on the menus and cost extra.
- Drinks are extra: soft drinks, water, drip coffee and tea are free. Everything else goes on your Bar Tab or onboard credit. See drinks prices and our Bar Tab calculator.
- Tips are included: gratuities are built into the fare and the drinks prices.
- Book ahead: reserve the main restaurants in the app before you sail. Gunbae and The Test Kitchen go fastest.

Steak and seafood with sea views from the back of the ship, and our pick for a special night. Dinner is included; the raw bar platters, caviar and a few premium cuts are Treat Yourself extras. This is the new Brad Farmerie dinner menu, with The Wake’s full drinks book from Valiant Lady.

The full wine list runs to more than a dozen pages, from sparkling and rosé to Bordeaux, Rhône and fortified wines.

Lucky Lotus menu (Scarlet Lady)
Scarlet Lady’s pan-Asian restaurant, with dumplings, bao buns and noodles, plus cocktails like the Jade Emperor. We haven’t sailed Scarlet since it opened, so this is Virgin’s own digital menu.

The sea-day drag brunch, with bottomless bubbles and a cast who run the show. It’s held in each ship’s Razzle Dazzle space, so on Brilliant Lady you’ll find it in Rojo.

Fresh pasta and Italian classics. Ask for a table where you can watch the pasta being made. Each ship has its own exclusive dishes (see above).

Pink Agave menu
Modern Mexican with a serious tequila and mezcal list. It’s one of the most popular tables on board, so book early. The core menu is the same on every ship; the kitchen adds its own specials.

Gunbae menu
Korean barbecue cooked at your table, soju cocktails and drinking games. It’s brilliant fun with a group, and you’ll share a table. The menu is the same across the fleet.

Virgin’s experimental tasting menu, with optional drinks pairings and a vegetarian version. On our Valiant Lady sailing it served two different menus, so it’s worth booking twice on a longer voyage.

The Dock’s food menu changed across the fleet in September 2026, with new Mediterranean sharing plates from the mezze cart and the open-fire grill. The drinks list hasn’t changed.

The Beach Club at Bimini menus
Planning your day ashore? Our Beach Club at Bimini guide covers what’s included, cabanas, Shore Things and the RockStar perks.
Virgin’s private beach club in the Bahamas, on most Caribbean sailings from Miami. Lunch is included; drinks and cabanas are extra.
The Beach Club at Bimini now serves a new Caribbean lunch from chef Rashida Holmes, founder of Bridgetown Roti in Los Angeles, inspired by her Barbadian and Trinidadian heritage. Resilient Lady has served it since 12 October 2026 and Scarlet Lady since 25 October 2026. Brilliant Lady follows from 15 November 2026, and Valiant Lady from 10 April 2027 when she returns to Bimini. Lunch is still included in your fare.

Is food included on Virgin Voyages?
Yes. All the restaurants, The Galley, room service food and gelato are included in your fare. A few Treat Yourself dishes cost extra, and they’re marked on the menus.
Does Virgin Voyages have a main dining room?
No. There’s no main dining room and no fixed seating. You choose a different restaurant each night and book your tables in the Virgin Voyages app.
Are the menus the same on every ship?
Mostly. Each ship has its own restaurant in the Razzle Dazzle space (Lucky Lotus on Scarlet Lady, Ariya on Valiant Lady, Razzle Dazzle on Resilient Lady and Rojo on Brilliant Lady), Extra Virgin has dishes exclusive to each ship, and Brilliant Lady has special menus on her Alaska sailings.

In autumn 2026 Virgin launched a new dinner menu at The Wake with chef Brad Farmerie, new Mediterranean sharing plates at The Dock, and a new Caribbean menu at the Beach Club at Bimini with chef Rashida Holmes.

Are drinks included on Virgin Voyages?

Every photo is labelled with the ship and date, and we use the newest version we have of each menu. Menus and prices change, so treat them as a very good guide rather than a promise.
