Hello, we’re Kieran & Phil

We’re the husbands behind Magical Traveller, an award-winning independent travel agency located in the heart of Newport. There’s no call centre and no script: when you get in touch, you’re talking to us.

We’ve sailed more than 100 nights on Virgin Voyages, visited Walt Disney World more than 30 times and cruised with lines from Royal Caribbean to Cunard, so the advice you get comes from our own trips.

We work from home rather than a shop, so we’re happy to talk by phone, WhatsApp or video call, whenever suits you.

Before you get in touch

Does it cost anything to ask for a quote?

No. Asking for ideas and a quote is free and there’s no obligation to book. For cruises, you pay the same as booking direct with the cruise line, with us looking after you from start to finish.

What kind of holidays do you book?

Cruises with every major cruise line (we specialise in Virgin Voyages, Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity), Disney holidays around the world, and all-inclusive, honeymoon and tailor-made trips. If you’re not sure where to start, just tell us what you enjoy.

Is my money protected?

Yes. We’re members of Merlin Travel Group, so your booking is financially protected through PTS, and holidays that include flights are ATOL protected. Read how we protect your holiday.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We’re homeworking travel agents located in the heart of Newport, so there’s no shop. We’re happy to chat by phone, WhatsApp or video call instead, at a time that suits you.
