New Sip and Savor Menus Launching on Virgin Voyages

Virgin Voyages has today shared details on some new pairing menus coming to five of the main eateries onboard their ships. Similar to the cocktail pairing menu in Test Kitchen, these new Sip and Savor menus offer a pre-fix menu for each course and a choice of pairing drinks for each course.

Extra Virgin Sip and Savor Menu

For $25 you can select from a number of options per course, with a choice of drink to pair with each.

First Course

  • Aperol Spritz
    Paired with:
    • Sailor’s Choice: Crispy Artichoke (V)
    • Braised Mini Meatballs

Second Course

  • Attems Sauvignon Blanc
  • Terre More Cabernet Sauvignon
    Paired with:
    • Sailor’s Choice: Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bass (GF)
    • Porcini-Rubbed New York Strip*
    • Eggplant Parmigiana (VV)(GF)

Third Course

  • Molinari Sambuca
    Paired with:
    • Chef’s Choice: Ricotta Bomboloni (V)
