Choose your Disney

Every Disney resort has its own personality. Here’s where each one shines, and we’re always happy to talk it through.

The magic

Moments you’ll never forget

It’s not the rides you remember most. It’s the hugs, the gasps and the happy tears. Here are a few of ours.

Walt Disney World, Florida

The Most Magical Place on Earth

Forty-three square miles of magic, where wishes really do come true. Mickey waves from a parade float, Buzz needs your help to defeat Zurg and Cinderella Castle sparkles every night. With four theme parks, two water parks and Disney hotels for every budget, there’s always another adventure waiting just around the corner.

✦Walking down Main Street U.S.A. as the lights come on, Cinderella Castle glowing ahead and the whole family holding their breath.

  • Four worlds of wonder: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom
  • Character breakfasts and princess dinners, and a hug from Mickey you’ll treasure forever
  • Fireworks over Cinderella Castle to end every magical day

Disneyland Paris

The closest Disney magic to home

Two Disney parks just a short flight or train ride away, perfect for a long weekend, half-term or a first taste of Disney. And now there’s the new World of Frozen, where you can sail into Arendelle and meet Anna and Elsa.

✦Sleeping Beauty Castle glowing against a winter sky as the night-time show begins, with a hot chocolate warming your hands.

  • The new World of Frozen: sail through Arendelle on Frozen Ever After and meet Anna and Elsa
  • Disney Adventure World also has Worlds of Pixar and Marvel Avengers Campus for the thrill-seekers
  • Seasons to fall in love with: Halloween, Christmas and summer bring their own parades and shows

Disney Cruise Line

Disney magic at sea

Pirate nights under the stars, Broadway-style shows, characters around every corner and dinner somewhere new each night, plus adults-only spaces for when the kids are at the clubs. We’ve sailed with Disney ourselves, so we can tell you which ship, itinerary and stateroom will suit you.

✦The ship’s horn plays When You Wish Upon a Star as you sail away, and the adventure begins.

  • Disney Wish sails from Southampton in summer 2027, with no flights needed
  • Castaway Cay and Lighthouse Point, Disney’s private island escapes in the Bahamas
  • Dinner with a different story every night, from Rapunzel to Marvel, as your servers move with you

Disneyland California

The Happiest Place on Earth

Where it all began. Disneyland Park is the only Disney park Walt Disney walked himself, and you can still feel his magic on Main Street. Next door, Disney California Adventure has Pixar Pier, Cars Land and the World of Color fountain show. We were back there in September 2026, and it pairs brilliantly with a California road trip or a Pacific Coast cruise.

✦Standing in the park Walt Disney built himself, as fireworks light up the original Sleeping Beauty Castle.

  • Two parks side by side, with Disney hotels a short walk away
  • The originals: the first Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean and Sleeping Beauty Castle
  • Easy to add Los Angeles, San Francisco or a cruise along the Pacific Coast

Disney in Asia

The next big Disney adventure

Floating lanterns in Tokyo DisneySea’s Rapunzel’s Forest, the world’s biggest Disney castle in Shanghai, Arendelle in Hong Kong. Asia’s Disney parks have magic you simply can’t find anywhere else. It’s our big focus for 2027, and we’re building holidays that make it easy: the right flights, hotels and park days, with the best of Japan and China around them.

Hosted small-group trip · Spring 2027

Shanghai to Sakura

Join us for Shanghai, Shanghai Disneyland and Royal Caribbean’s Spectrum of the Seas to Japan in cherry blossom season. Flights, hotels, Disney and the cruise are all included, and we’ll be travelling with you.

How we’d plan it

Three ways to do Disney in Asia

Long-haul Disney is all about the planning: park tickets that sell out, dated passes for the newest rides, and getting between cities. We handle all of it.

Tokyo & Japan

Two or three days at Tokyo Disney Resort, then Kyoto, Osaka or Mount Fuji by bullet train. Spring blossom and autumn colours are our favourite times to go.

Shanghai & Hong Kong

Two Disney resorts in one trip, linked by a short flight, with time for the Bund, Victoria Peak and some of the best food in Asia.

Add a cruise

Combine Singapore with a Disney Adventure cruise, sail from Shanghai on Royal Caribbean’s Spectrum of the Seas, or watch out for Disney Imagination from Japan in 2029.

Disney holiday FAQs

For a short break or little ones, Disneyland Paris is the easiest start. For the full experience, Walt Disney World is hard to beat, ideally for ten days to two weeks. Disney Cruise Line is brilliant if you’d rather unpack once, and the Asia parks are perfect for seasoned fans who want something new. Tell us who’s going and we’ll point you to the right one.

Ideally a year or more ahead, especially for school holidays, when the best-value Disney hotels and flights go first. Disney releases offers such as free dining through the year, and we’ll keep an eye out for ones that suit your dates.

A Disney Resort hotel, park tickets and, if you like, a dining plan, priced together. Book with us and we’ll add flights and transfers too. Staying at a Disney hotel also gets you Early Theme Park Entry every day. You can search Walt Disney World packages yourself or ask us to do it.

Yes. Two or three days covers both parks comfortably, and it’s a short flight or train ride from the UK. With World of Frozen now open at Disney Adventure World, there’s more to see than ever, so we’d suggest at least two full park days.

It’s much smaller and easier to get around: two parks side by side, with hotels and Downtown Disney a short walk away. Three days is usually enough, which makes it easy to combine with Los Angeles, a California road trip or a Pacific Coast cruise.

For Disney fans, absolutely. There are direct flights from London, Tokyo DisneySea has nothing like it anywhere else, and the standards are exceptional. Tickets are dated and can sell out, and some of the newest rides need a pass or paid Premier Access, so it pays to plan. We’ll sort the details and build Japan around it.

UK passport holders have been able to visit mainland China for up to 30 days without a visa since February 2026, and that’s currently confirmed until 31 December 2026. Hong Kong has its own entry rules, and UK visitors don’t currently need a visa for a holiday there. Rules can change, so we’ll check them for your dates before you book.

Yes, and it’s one of our favourite things to plan. Shanghai and Hong Kong are a short flight apart, Tokyo pairs well with either, Walt Disney World combines easily with a Disney cruise from Port Canaveral, and Disneyland California fits neatly into a West Coast trip.

Yes. Holidays that include flights are ATOL protected, and as members of Merlin Travel Group your money is protected through PTS. See how we protect your holiday.
