1. General
1.1. The Magical Traveller Treat, Referral Reward, and Monthly Bonus Draw are discretionary thank-you gestures offered by Magical Traveller Limited (company number 12188212), registered in England & Wales (“Magical Traveller”).
1.2. All rewards are issued as digital gift cards, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
1.3. Magical Traveller reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw these incentives at any time.
1.4. These schemes are not open to employees, agents, or anyone professionally connected with Magical Traveller.
1.5. Only direct bookings made with Magical Traveller are eligible for rewards. Bookings made through third-party agents or providers are not eligible.
1.6. Participation in any of these schemes constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Magical Traveller Treat (Booking Thank-You)
2.1. Customers who complete an eligible booking with Magical Traveller may receive a Magical Traveller Treat, based on the total confirmed holiday value at the time the booking is confirmed.
2.2. Treat values are as follows:
- ยฃ5 for bookings ยฃ2,000 โ ยฃ3,999
- ยฃ10 for bookings ยฃ4,000 โ ยฃ5,999
- ยฃ15 for bookings ยฃ6,000 โ ยฃ7,999
- ยฃ20 for bookings ยฃ8,000 or more
2.3. Reward values are not cumulative. Only one Magical Traveller Treat will be issued per booking.
2.4. The booking must be confirmed and the required deposit or full balance paid before the Treat is issued.
2.5. If a booking is cancelled, refunded, or significantly amended, the Magical Traveller Treat may be withdrawn or adjusted.
2.6. Where additional elements (such as flights, accommodation, or extras) are added later โ for example, flights added to a cruise booking once released โ Magical Traveller may, at its discretion, reassess the reward tier. Magical Traveller reserves the right not to issue an upgraded reward following later amendments.
3. Referral Reward
3.1. Customers who successfully refer a new customer to Magical Traveller may receive a Referral Reward worth ยฃ10 per qualifying referral.
3.2. A referral is classed as successful once:
- The referred customer is new to Magical Traveller
- The referral was made prior to the referred customer’s first enquiry or booking
- The referred customer completes a booking with a total holiday value of ยฃ2,000 or more
- The required deposit has been paid
3.3. The referred customer will also be eligible for their own Magical Traveller Treat, subject to the booking value tiers in Section 2.
3.4. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or referrals made purely for reward purposes are not eligible. Magical Traveller reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a referral is genuine and eligible.
3.5. Only one Referral Reward may be issued per qualifying booking.
4. Monthly Bonus Draw
4.1. Each calendar month, Magical Traveller will run a Monthly Bonus Draw with a prize value of ยฃ10, issued as a digital gift card.
4.2. All customers who have made a booking with Magical Traveller in the previous 12 months at the time of the draw will be eligible for entry, regardless of booking value.
4.3. To enter the Monthly Bonus Draw without purchase, please email hello@magical-traveller.com with ‘Free Draw Entry’ in the subject line.
4.4. Entries are based on individual Magical Traveller booking references:
- Each booking reference counts as one entry
- Group bookings held under one booking reference count as one entry only
4.5. Customers will be entered into the Monthly Bonus Draw for 12 consecutive monthly draws, starting from the month the booking is made.
Example: A booking made in January 2026 will be entered into draws from January 2026 through to December 2026 inclusive.
4.6. The Monthly Bonus Draw will be carried out within 7 days of the end of each calendar month, and the reward issued within 7 days of the draw being completed.
4.7. Winners of the Monthly Bonus Draw will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
5. Discretionary Rewards & Exceptions
5.1. Magical Traveller may, at its discretion:
- Issue goodwill rewards where a booking is close to the next reward tier
- Offer additional incentives for repeat or regular referrers
- Recognise referrals below the ยฃ2,000 threshold in exceptional circumstances
5.2. Any discretionary rewards are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Reward Timing & Delivery
6.1. Magical Traveller aims to issue Magical Traveller Treats and Referral Rewards within 30 days of the qualifying booking being confirmed and the required deposit being paid.
6.2. In some cases, reward delivery may take longer due to external factors such as supplier confirmation times or administrative delays. Where this happens, rewards will be issued as soon as reasonably possible.
6.3. Magical Traveller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, spam filtering, or technical issues beyond our control.
6.4. All rewards are subject to the issuing provider’s own terms, conditions, and expiry dates.
6.5. Rewards not claimed within 60 days of issue may be withdrawn.
7. Fair Use
7.1. Magical Traveller reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards where misuse, fraud, or manipulation is suspected.
7.2. All decisions regarding eligibility and reward issuance are final.
8. Data & Privacy
8.1. Personal data is processed in line with Magical Traveller’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. Limited personal data may be shared with reward partners solely for the purpose of issuing rewards.
8.3. By taking part in these schemes, you consent to the processing of your data for administering these rewards, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. General Legal Provisions
9.1. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9.2. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.3. Any disputes arising from these schemes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
