Your questions answered
It depends on who’s travelling and how you like to holiday. Virgin Voyages is adults-only and relaxed, Disney Cruise Line is made for families, Royal Caribbean is packed with big-ship thrills, Celebrity and Princess offer polished premium cruising, and Cunard is all about timeless elegance. Tell us what you enjoy and we’ll shortlist the ships that fit.
Yes. Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Cunard, P&O and Norwegian all sail from Southampton, mostly between spring and autumn, to Norway, Northern Europe, the Canary Islands and the Mediterranean. Disney Wish sails from Southampton in summer 2027 too. Search the sailings above or ask us for the best no-fly options for your dates.
Your fare always includes your cabin, main restaurants, entertainment and most activities. Drinks, Wi-Fi, speciality dining and tips vary by line: Virgin Voyages includes tips and Wi-Fi, while many lines offer drinks packages or bundled fares. We’ll explain exactly what’s included before you book.
Virgin Voyages is adults-only on every sailing. Celebrity, Cunard and Princess are also popular with couples, and the bigger family ships have adults-only pools, sun decks and suite areas. Sailing outside the school holidays makes any ship calmer.
Disney Cruise Line is hard to beat for character magic and kids’ clubs. Royal Caribbean, MSC and Norwegian have waterparks, slides and clubs for every age group. We’ll help you find the right cabin layout for your family, too.
