Spectrum of the Seas Menus with Prices: Every Restaurant, Bar and Café

Spectrum Of The Seas Wonderland Menu Revealed (October 2025)

Spectrum of the Seas is the Royal Caribbean ship built for China, and the question we’re asked most about her is simple: what’s the food actually like, and what does it cost?

So here’s every menu we photographed on our sailing from Shanghai to Okinawa in October 2025: the included restaurants, the speciality dining (including a few you won’t find on any other Royal Caribbean ship), the bars and cafés, and even the room service card. Tap any photo to see it full size.

Good to know: prices are as printed on board, in US dollars, even on a China sailing. Some lists print the number without a symbol. An 18% gratuity is added to drinks and speciality dining. Menus and prices change, so use this as a guide; we’re back on Spectrum in November 2026 and will update this page afterwards.

Main Dining Room menu

Our last night’s dinner menu was headed “Bon Voyage”, and it’s a lovely snapshot of how Spectrum blends East and West. Baked French onion soup sits next to Shanghai-style deep-fried shrimp, pecan-crusted salmon shares a page with Beijing minced pork noodles, and there’s crema catalana for pudding. Steamed white rice is always available.

A Premium Selections panel lists the dishes you pay extra for:

  • Seafood Tower: $99
  • Seafood Platter: $35
  • Surf & Turf: $35
  • Maine Lobster: $29
  • Filet Mignon: $18

The wine list runs from Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc (12 a glass, 54 a bottle) up to Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque at 177. Chinese liquor is on there too, with Moutai Yingbin at 172 a bottle, which tells you exactly which market this ship was built for.

The Key embarkation lunch

Bought The Key? You skip the embarkation-day scrum in the Windjammer for a sit-down lunch in the Main Dining Room: Caesar salad, wild mushroom soup or colossal shrimp cocktail to start; a Chops dry-aged steak burger, Angus filet mignon or grilled salmon; then Royal Chocolate Cake, New York cheesecake or ice cream. It’s included in The Key, so there are no prices. We had the shrimp cocktail and steak frites, and we’d do exactly the same again.

Windjammer

The buffet has an International Flavours section and a showcase table of the speciality restaurants, with sample dishes and menus: a handy way to decide where to splurge. Look out for the Chinese liquor board, something you won’t see on a Caribbean sailing: Moutai Yingbin (500ml) $172, Wuliangchun (500ml) $38 and Star Blue (150ml) $11.

The Café @ Two70

A grab-and-go spot with pita pockets, parcels, a Royal Egg Muffin, a New York bagel station and a breakfast burrito. Perfect for a quiet breakfast with a view through Two70’s enormous glass wall.

Speciality dining on Spectrum of the Seas

Speciality restaurants carry a cover charge or à la carte prices, and the prices change from sailing to sailing, so we haven’t printed them for Wonderland or Chef’s Table. Check the price for your sailing in your Cruise Planner before you go. Eating at several? Look at the Unlimited Dining Package; our full guide is on the way.

Wonderland menu

Royal Caribbean’s “imaginative cuisine” restaurant, where the menu is the first course: it arrives completely blank and you paint it with water to reveal the dishes. Ours was a five-course journey through the elements:

  • Fire: Mad Hatter’s Purple Potted Shrimp
  • Sun, Ice and Fire: Baby Vegetables in the Garden (the famous edible soil), Crispy Crab Cones and Deviled Eggs
  • Fire: Wonton Soup
  • Sea or Earth: Seafood Cooked in Clear Paper, or The Short Ribs
  • Dream: The World, or The Forbidden Apple

Cocktails were $13 each, including the White Rabbit-rita, the Cheshire Cat Cosmo (poured over raspberry candyfloss at the table), Down the Rabbit Hole (red pill or blue pill) and Smoke Rings, a rye cocktail smoked at your table.

Menu and cocktails

Izumi Teppanyaki menu

Dinner and a show: eggs flipped, an onion volcano set alight and a wind-up chick sent across the grill. Green salad with ginger dressing, miso soup and vegetable fried rice are included. Then you choose a Teppan Classic (chicken, beef or shrimp) or a Teppan Premier Combo (Samurai, Origami, Geisha, or Izumi with scallops and lobster). Dessert was sesame balls or mochi ice cream.

Appetisers are extra:

  • Jumbo Spring Roll: $8
  • Crispy Octopus Takoyaki: $9 (don’t miss these)
  • Softshell Crab Steamed Bun: $12
  • Crispy Philly Roll: $13
  • Shrimp Crunch Roll: $13

Drinks: all cocktails $12, sake 10 a glass (hot or cold), Choya Umeshu 13 a glass or 29 a bottle, Asahi and Kirin Ichiban 7, genmai brown rice tea 2.95.

  • Kung Pao Prawns: $17
  • Green Pepper Chicken: $13

Jamie’s Italian menu

Jamie Oliver’s restaurant serves a Pranzo (lunch) menu of antipasti, pasta, secondi and contorni, including a truffle burrata with honey, hazelnuts and toast, and the Straight Up Lasagne. The bilingual drinks list had Aperol Spritz $11, Espresso Martini $14, Birra Moretti $6.99, all mocktails $4.50, and Ruffino Prosecco and Bertani Pinot Grigio at $11 and $12 a glass.

Lunch, drinks and wine

Star & Sky Dining lunch menu (suites only)

Star & Sky is Spectrum’s suite-only restaurant, her version of Coastal Kitchen (Spectrum doesn’t have a Coastal Kitchen). We’re staying in a suite on our next Spectrum sailing, so we’ll add more then.

We had lunch here on our last sea day. Starters included Nanjing-style duck and a scallop crudo with caviar and yuzu gel; mains were roasted cod with honey barbecue sauce or a grilled tenderloin steak sandwich on ciabatta; and pudding was a warm apple crumble with Tahitian vanilla ice cream.

Before you sail: Shanghai and Okinawa

Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Shanghai

A must on your last morning before boarding. Prices are in RMB: a Yunnan coffee flight 128, Shanghai-exclusive drinks such as “789 West NJ Rd” (52) and “The Bund Mist” (62), a Very Pistachio oat latte 58, coffee craft beer 68, and Bar Mixato cocktails from 78 to 118. The rest of that morning is in our boarding Spectrum from Shanghai guide.

Okinawa: Suitenrou awamori tasting

Our Ryukyu lunch on Kokusai-dōri came with a six-glass tasting of awamori, Okinawa’s own spirit (not sake, as we’d been calling it), including one with a habu snake in the bottle. The full day is in cruising to Okinawa with Royal Caribbean.
